Well we reduced the price of our house last week and we received our first offer yesterday. Their offer was a little low and they wanted a large about of cash to cover their closing. We countered and said we wanted a higher price and couldn't give them that much for closing. Their realtor said that they had to have to cash for closing and that it was a deal breaker. So they will not accept our counter offer. That's fine. There has been a ton of traffic come through. We had four showings just this past weekend. We will get an acceptable offer soon, I'm sure of it.
